Systematic preparation for entrance exams to (multi-year) grammar schools and secondary schools

The aim of the sub-programme is to support children under 18 years of age who live in a socially disadvantaged environment in further education at (multi-year) grammar schools and secondary schools through systematic preparation for entrance exams.

The target group for receiving support is a child under the age of 18 who:

lives in a socially excluded area,
lives in a socially disadvantaged family with low income,
lives with a single parent who raises the child alone, without a partner, or is a single parent on disability pension,
has permanent residence in the Czech Republic.

What you can apply for a grant for:

to cover the costs associated with a child's attendance at preparatory courses for entrance exams (so-called mock exams), both in person and online form.

Conditions for using the contribution:

the maximum amount of the grant that can be approved is CZK 12,000 / child / school year, the amount of the contribution will be assessed, among other things, according to the price of the selected course according to the price offer provided,
the approved foundation contribution may only be used for services that have not yet been paid for, and may not be used to pay off a debt for services already provided.

Mandatory attachments to the application:

a copy of the applicant's or his/her legal representative's ID card,
a statement / recommendation from a social worker from the OSPOD, ÚP or accompanying non-profit organization about cooperation with the family,
a statement / recommendation from the child's class teacher about the child's progress and behavior and about cooperation with the family,
a price quote for the course for which you are requesting reimbursement.

Recommended (optional) attachments to the application:

report card / transcript of grades for the last 3 completed semesters.
overview of all benefits paid for the last 6 months.
